Lighthouse Kids

Lighthouse Kids is our Sunday Service children’s ministry. It runs during the sermon time and caters for children up to and including Grade 3. It operates every Sunday during School terms and includes story, craft, and is suitable for ages 5 – 12 yrs

A selection of baby toys and a feeding area is also available within the church hall for nursing mothers and younger children not yet ready to attend Lighthouse Kids.

Lighthouse Christian Fellowship has been and continues to be a church home to many people around the Port Sorell, Shearwater, Hawley Beach, and Latrobe region.
 

Whether you are on holiday in the Port Sorell area, have recently moved to this beautiful part of the NW Coast, or if you are looking for your new church home, you are welcome at Lighthouse.

Lighthouse Youth

Lighthouse Youth is run for high school kids from year 7 on wards. The young people gather together every second Friday from 7-9pm during school terms. They have a great time engaging in fellowship, high energy fun, supper, and a devotion.

The Association of Christian Community Churches in Victoria and Tasmania (CCCVaT) is a movement of like-minded local churches, predominantly of a Christian Brethren heritage, that have united under a common vision and mission, set of beliefs and core values. The movement is driven by the Great Commission of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18-20), and is committed to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all people and to provide a ministry of discipleship for each new believer, that they will become all that God has designed them to be.

Busy Fingers

Wednesdays @ 10am

Busy Fingers is a time of laughter and community for all ladies who love to be crafty, your also welcome to just come along for a cuppa and a chat! Knitting, sewing, quilting, crocheting, whatever your craft, you are welcome to bring it along.

 

Meeting together every Wednesday from 10am -12pm at Lighthouse. While some ladies work on projects for personal use, items can also be made for donation to various community groups, including beanies and blankets for premature babies, items for the local primary school, and other needs as they may arise.

 

Morning tea is provided, as well as a warm fire for those cooler winter months.
